OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS

OUR TERMS & CONDITION :

1. Driver’s working hour is 10 hrs.

2. Airport Pick & Drop Service Time 3 Hours Maximum, After Three Hours Every Hours Charge 1000 BDT.

3. After 10 Hours Extra Charge will be applicable with Total rent amount (500)
4. Driver Lunch Allowance –150 BDT, Dinner Allowance – 150 BDT. Dinner will be applicable after 9:00 PM
5. Driver’s overtime rate is Tk. 50/= per hour (After 10 hours OT will be applicable).

6. 1,000/= per night to cover accommodation and food of the driver. The OSA is to be paid against the invoice only.

7. Way expenses (toll, ferry, parking etc.) will be charged with invoice.

8. Car Brand & Model are depending on subject to availability For Replacement if any technical issue in existing car.

9. Monthly Starting Fuel Cost ( BDT )

10. The rental agreement is exclusively for chauffeur driven vehicle & Client is not allowed to drive BCMG

11. Airport meet & greet service will be arrange on demand

12. Client will have to pay the rental amount in advance on booking.

13. Giantcar ltd. RENT-A-CAR reserves all rights to change any vehicle or driver to ensure satisfactory service.
